According to the Article 7, Paragraph (b) of the Law No: 6458, starting from January 1st 2015, all foreigners who will be travelling to Turkey have to be holders of passports or passport replacing documents, valid at least 60 days beyond requested visa, visa exemption or residence permit period. In this respect, those foreigners, who do not fulfill these requirements will not be allowed to enter Turkey.

Citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, holders of regular and official passports, are exempt from visa and can stay in our country up to 60 days. Accordingly, under the new law, citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina on entry to Turkey must have a passport or passport replacing document valid at least 120 days from the date of entry.
