Dear People of Bosnia and Herzegovina,

As of 29 April 2025, I have officially assumed my duties in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Bosnia and Herzegovina, with which we share deep-rooted ties of friendship and brotherhood founded on historical, cultural, and human connections, holds a special place in the hearts of the Turkish Nation. The people of Türkiye stand in solidarity with Bosnia and Herzegovina—sharing in both its sorrows and its joys.

This spirit continues to guide our country’s foreign policy towards Bosnia and Herzegovina. In this regard, Türkiye places great importance on the peace, prosperity, and stability of the country.

Since its establishment in 1993, our Embassy has carried out its mission in line with this vision and will remain dedicated to further strengthening our excellent bilateral relations across all fields, while deepening our broad and enduring cooperation.
